Viewing Customer Account Details

Customer Accounts are logins that can be created by customers when they place an order. This login then saves their details for subsequent bookings, and ties the details of their order to the same account, so that their buying patterns can be tracked.

Instructions

1. Log in to the Back Office (https://backoffice.digitickets.co.uk)

2. Click on Customers, and then Customers with Accounts

3. On the right-hand side of the table, you will have options to see Orders, Memberships, Visits and much more all relating to that individual customer.
