How to Delete/Remove a User Account

In this guide, we’ll go through the process of how you can remove access to the DigiTickets platform from an ex-staff member.

Currently, there is no way you can directly delete or remove a user’s access. What you should do, is first of all create a user group called “Removed Users” or similar. You can follow our guide on creating user groups here; How to Create a User Group

Edit the User Permissions for that newly created group and remove all permissions.

Finally, edit the User and change the user group to the “Removed Users” usergroup.
