How to Create a Membership Plan

How to Create a Membership Plan

In this guide, we’ll go through how to set up a Membership plan that you can then offer to your customers.

Once you have created your membership, and you’ve sold at least 1 membership, the details cannot be amended or changed for the membership plan. If you need to make amendments, you’ll need to set up a replacement plan, and then mark it as a replacement for the old plan.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the Back Office (https://backoffice.digitickets.co.uk)

  2. Click on Inventory, and then Membership Plans

3. Click on the blue Add button in the top right-hand corner

4. Now you can start filling in the form for your membership plan

The summary box will be extremely useful to show that the membership has been set up correctly.
