Editing Branch Settings

In this guide, we will go through how you edit the specific details of your branch. You will be able to update the following information:

  • The name of the Branch

  • Address information

  • Social Media links

  • Branch Logo

  • Text that appears on the customer-facing website, such as terms and conditions

  • Any Kitchen Screen settings if you use our ProPoint EPOS system

  • Plus more options

Instructions

  1. Log in to the Back Office (https://backoffice.digitickets.co.uk)

  2. Click on Settings, and then Settings

3. Click on Branches

4. Click on the Edit button for your branch

5. Edit and change any of the information required

6. When ready, press the pink Save button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen
