How to Manually Anonymise a Customer Account
If you get a request from a customer to remove their personally identifiable information, then you can anonymise their customer account so that their information is removed, and their data is randomised with a string of letters and number(s).
This is a permanent process and cannot be undone.
Instructions
Follow these steps below
Log in to the Back Office (https://backoffice.digitickets.co.uk/)
Click on Customers, and then Customers with Accounts
3. Search for the customer using their details
4. Click on the blue Edit button on the right-hand side
5. Click on the blue Anonymise Personal Data
6. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to anonymise the data. Click on Yes
7. You will then be greeted with a successful notification. In addition, you will be provided with a random string of numbers and letters which you should keep for your records
