Setting Products to be Deliverable

Delivery Methods allow you to charge customers for the delivery of items. If multiple Delivery Methods are set up, customers will be able to choose how the items they have selected will be delivered. Items that are sold with a Delivery Method will display under the Dispatch Management section, which can be found under the Orders menu in the Back Office.

For an item to be set with a Delivery Method, the item will first need to be set to be ‘deliverable’. To set up Delivery Methods, please see Adding Delivery Methods.

To set up delivery for Tickets, please see Setting Tickets to be Deliverable instead.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to the Back Office (https://backoffice.digitickets.co.uk)

  2. Click on Inventory, and then Retail.

 

3. Select Products from the Retail menu

4. Click Edit on the product that requires delivery

5. Select the Details tab

6. Tick the tick box on the Delivery field

7. Click Save to keep any changes. When customers try to book that product online, they will then be asked to select a delivery method and will need to input a delivery address to progress to payment
