How to Sync ProPoint with the Back Office

Although ProPoint automatically checks availability and tickets in real-time when selling and redeeming you may need to 'Sync' your till in order to pull through any content changes which you make in the Back Office.

Instructions

  1. Log in to ProPoint (https://epos.digitickets.co.uk)

  2. If prompted, enter in your username and password and choose your device.

  3. Click on Menu in the top right-hand corner

4. Click on the Sync button

5. The page will refresh and load up onto the sell screen, or your default screen.
