Unredeeming Tickets from the Back Office

If for any reason you wish to unredeem tickets for an order, then you can do so from the Back Office.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the Back Office (https://backoffice.digitickets.co.uk/)

  2. Click on Orders, and then Orders again

3. Search for the Order using either the booking reference or the customer details.

4. Then click on the blue Edit button

5. Find the Ticket Status section and change it from Redeemed to Unredeemed 

6. Click Save in the lower left-hand corner
