How to Link to your Branch
If you use multiple branches with DigiTickets, sometimes you may wish to send customers a direct link to that branch. This is particularly useful if you are using these links on your own website or similar.
Instructions
Follow the steps below to link directly to a branch
Log into the Back Office (https://backoffice.digitickets.co.uk/)
Click on the Branch button in the lower left hand corner of the screen.
3. You will then see a list of your branches with a number next to them in brackets. Make a note of this number.
4. Now you will need the URL that your customers use to access the DigiTickets platform. This URL will be clientname.digitickets.co.uk. You will notice by default the URL will end with “/tickets”. We will need to add a variable to the end of the URL to link directly to the branch.
5. The variable that needs to be added to the URL is “?branches.branchID=1234”
6. You need to add that variable at the end of the URL after tickets, including the question mark as well.
7. Once you have added the variable to the end of the URL, you can now use that link to direct your customers to the correct branch.
