Resending an Order Confirmation Email

Customers will automatically receive a order confirmation email upon completing their transaction. You can manually resend the confirmation email to your customers from the Back Office.

Instructions

Follow the steps below to resend the email.

  1. Log into the Back Office (https://backoffice.digitickets.co.uk/)

  2. Click onto Orders, and then Orders again

3. Find the order which you need to resend the order confirmation. You can use the search bar and find the order using the order reference.

4. Once you have found the order, you will see a blue @ symbol button. Press this to resend the order confirmation email

5. You will be asked to confirm whether you wish to resend the order confirmation email. Press Send.

6. You will then see a green successful message and the customer will receive the order confirmation email.

If your customer is using a free email service like Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Google Mail for example, these services may hold onto emails to scan them for viruses to make sure they are not spam. Advise your customer that it can take up to 1 hour for the email to be received and to check their spam/junk folder.
