Client Support - Setup Request Process - Appointment

Over the Easter period, we found that support could not handle the number of set-up requests, and more. So with that in mind, we are introducing a booking system for installations and setups in which one dedicated specialist is then assigned too.

 Instructions

  1. We will need to send some instructions to the Client. Create your case and then send a Canned Form to the client for the appointment request form.

  2. Once the canned form has been filled in, expand the Google Calendar option in the sidebar on the right

  3. Click on Add an Event

  4. Fill in information for the appointment

     

  5. Click on Save

  6. Use the Canned Response of Confirmed Setup Appointment and fill in the information and then email it to the client.
