Beyond Trust Remote Access Software

Holburne Museum use the remote access software Beyond Trust instead of TeamViewer. Below are the instructions of how to log into their tills and what features are available.

Your username and password has been sent to your outlook by Emma Crawley. Please add your details to Last Pass via the pop-up when you first login for future sessions

Instructions

Open the following link in your browser https://support.bath.ac.uk/login
Enter your Username and Password
Select LAUNCH WEB REP CONSOLE button
Select Jump to Items - the icon appears in the left hand side Navigation Bar
Click on the Name of the machine you to need to remote onto:-
1. UBPC5636 - referred to as Till 1 on site
2. UBPC5601 - referred to as Till 2 on site
A Navigation Pane will appear on the right hand side of the screen
1. Select the JUMP button
Select START SCREEN SHARING

Stop Screen Sharing
Toggle your control of the customer’s mouse/keyboard
Customer Control
1. Customer Can View and Control Their Computer
2. Customer Can Only View Their Computer
3. Customer Cannot View or Control Their Computer
Perform the Power Control Special Action on the remote system
1. Reboot
2. Reboot (Forced)
3. Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking
4. Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking (Forced)
5. Shutdown
6. Shutdown (Forced)
7. Request Automatic Login Credentials
Windows Security (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
Perform the selected Special Action on the remote system
Toggle modifier keys panel
Take a screenshot
Select the display to view
Select quality
Toggle between a scaled view and an actual size view
Toggle between expanded view and normal view
