How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication for Freshdesk
Once you have been added as an agent for Freshdesk, you will need to enable two-factor authentication for Freshdesk. Follow the steps below to complete this.
In Freshdesk, click on your profile picture or icon in the top right-hand corner and then choose Profile Settings.
On the right-hand side, click on "Change your profile info or password"
A new window will appear. You'll need to click on Security (next to Profile).
Click on Enable and then scan the QR code in your authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator)
Enter the code that is generated from the authenticator app.
Once done, click on Finish setup
You should then see "Active" for Two-factor authentication
Looking for labels? They can now be found in the details panel on the floating action bar.
