How to use a Canned Form

A canned form is a way of capturing information from the client, that we normally request often. You can use any of the forms in your case.

 Instructions

  1. Open your case in Freshdesk (https://digitickets.freshdesk.com/a)

  2. Click on Reply

  3. Click on the Canned Forms button

  4. Click on Insert for the form you wish to use. You can click on Preview to see what the form will look like for the client.

  5. You might need to move the link for the canned form in your email.

  6. Then click on Send to send it out to the client.
